Meet Cookee
Hi! I’m Cookee. At least, that’s my “grandma” name. My real name is Emma, but Cookee is way more fun!
I’ve always loved learning practical skills and passing that knowledge on to others. Over the years, I’ve taught classes on sewing, canning, herbs, cooking, pressure cooking, sourdough, Bible study, and more. When people continued asking me to teach the homemaking skills I’d learned along the way, Home with Cookee began to take shape.
Here, I bring those things together to encourage women in creating Christ-centered homes where faith grows, practical skills are passed on, meals are shared, and serving our families becomes an expression of love. My hope is that you’ll find both encouragement and practical help as you build a home of lasting value—one whose worth is far above rubies.

RUBY RETREAT
Come home with Cookee—literally! Spend a week at the Ruby Retreat learning, fellowshipping, and sharing everyday life with other women in the beautiful Colorado countryside.
From homemaking skills and time around the table to fellowship and quiet moments in the Rocky Mountain air, Ruby Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the everyday and experience Home with Cookee in person.
